The MSO3000X series mixed-signal oscilloscope provides a maximum sampling rate of 5 GSa/s and a memory depth of up to 500 Mpts. It adopts the exclusive Ultra Phosphor 3.0 technology, achieving a waveform capture rate of up to 2,000,000 wfms/s and features a 256-level brightness color temperature display. With an advanced digital trigger system, it achieves trigger accuracy of 10 ps. The oscilloscope supports 12 types of advanced triggers, 12 types of serial bus triggering and decoding, and advanced functions and analysis modes such as spectrum analysis, power analysis, histograms, waveform recording, enhanced resolution, pass/fail testing, search, and navigation. It is also equipped with extensive measurement and mathematical calculation functions. The device features a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen, supporting various gestures for common waveform operations, as well as a WebServer for remote control. It is a versatile and powerful instrument.
